About Us

Home Lumber & Industrial Supply is a Do It Best member-owned hardware, lumber, and building material store. From our base in Hialeah, Florida, we serve the growing South Florida and Caribbean markets.

The store has been a fixture at its current address since 1952. In 2005, the company was purchased by the Batista family, a third-generation family of hardware distributors, who subsequently expanded sales volume and scope of operations to include the direct international sourcing of Truper tools and last, but not least, its successful incorporation as a Do It Best member.

We believe the secret to our ongoing success is being able to provide an extensive variety of products, with the strong focus on customer satisfaction shared by our knowledgeable and helpful employees, for whom service is a pleasure!
