At Brownsboro Hardware & Paint, we want to show you how much we care.  That’s why we are now offering an exclusive “One-Year No Hassle Warranty” on all Weber gas grills, Traeger pellet grills, and Big Green Egg grills!  This is above and beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.

What does this Mean??

If you have ANY problems with your grill within the first year of purchase, WE WILL FIX IT!  That means… No 800 numbers to call. No hoops to jump through with the manufacturer.  We’re here to help. 

First, we will work with you over the phone to solve the issue, using some common, simple fixes that you can try yourself. However, if those don’t fix the problem, we’ll come to your home at no charge and repair it. Also, if your grill needs a part, we will contact the manufacturer for you, get the part and install it. 

Requirements:

• You must be a Best Rewards member at Brownsboro Hardware & Paint.
  
• You must be in our standard delivery zone
• This “No Hassle” warranty does not apply to portable grills. We will, however, work with you to resolve a problem.
