Oak Creek Assistant Manager Alyssa Richter Named 2024 LBM 40 Under 40 Inductee

Out of hundreds of nominees, we are thrilled to announce that Alyssa Richter, Assistant Manager at Bliffert Lumber's Oak Creek location, has been selected as one of the 2024 LBM 40 Under 40 inductees.

Since joining Bliffert in 2019, Richter has excelled in various roles, from inside and outside sales to assistant duties. She is a vital resource across the company, supporting areas such as receiving, lumber yard operations, drivers, sales, and customer service, in addition to her own location's team.

“I do a little bit of everything,” Richter shared. “From ordering materials and supplies to managing sales accounts and ensuring smooth store operations, I love the variety and the fact that no two days are the same.”

This year's inductees are invited to the LBM Strategies Conference 2024, taking place from October 16-18 in Costa Mesa, CA.

“This honor was both unexpected and deeply appreciated,” Richter said. “I’m humbled to accept this award on behalf of Bliffert.”
