Our Process

At Fillinger Millwork, our process begins with selecting the finest FAS hardwood lumber from top mills and distributors across North America. Each piece of wood is carefully planned, ripped, and profiled with precision and quality in mind.

Upon arrival, the lumber undergoes a detailed transformation. We plan each cut to maximize the wood's beauty and minimize waste. Our craftsmen then rip the wood to exact dimensions, paying close attention to the grain and character. Finally, the wood is profiled using advanced equipment to achieve the perfect shape and finish.

By blending traditional craftsmanship with modern technology, we ensure that every moulding, millwork, and cabinetry piece meets our high standards of quality, durability, and beauty.
