Do it® Dogs
1 can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained thoroughly 1 pkg. beef frankfurters (hot dogs) 1 pkg. hot dog buns 1 pkg. sliced Swiss cheese, cut in half lengthwise mustard foil wraps 1 bottle squeezable ranch dressing
Grill the frankfurters (hot dogs) until heated through and slightly brown, but not burnt. Turn off grill. Make a slice in the frankfurter (hot dog) lengthwise, and place it in a bun. Add a narrow slice of Swiss cheese, then top it with two tablespoons of sauerkraut and a thin streak of mustard. Wrap tightly in a foil wrapper and return to the warm grill. Repeat the process with remaining frankfurters. When ready to eat, garnish with a dollop of ranch dressing. Remember to put leftovers in the cooler - if there are any!
