H & C™ Clear 23 Sealer
A clear acrylic-silicone based sealer that is suitable for use on traffic bearing surfaces and as a top coat over H & C concrete stains for increased gloss and durability. The nonyellowing finish is resistant to water, pool chemicals, most cleaning agents, UV rays, and foot traffic. Not recommended where it would come into contact with automotive chemicals such as gasoline and brake fluid. Surface must be throughly clean and dry before application. Product may be applied by brush, roller, or airless sprayer. Cure new concrete 45 days before sealing. Covers up to 250 sq. ft. per gallon. Dries to touch in 30 minutes, but requires overnight drying for normal use. Clean up equipment with mineral spirits/paint thinner.
