Use under all clear wood finishes including oil-base and water-base polyurethanes, lacquer, varnish, shellac, and catalyzed. It is the perfect sealer for acrylic finishes because it brings out the natural beauty of wood but will not turn yellow with age. 100% wax-free patented formula is VOC compliant. 1 gallon covers approximately 300 sq. ft. depending on porosity.
