Heavy bodied mastic cement composed of asphalt and encapsulated asbestos fibers in solvent which is especially designed for application under wet or inclement weather conditions. Soft, pliable mastic that gradually hardens to a coating that is elastic, durable, and resistant to water. Useful for repairing leaks in metal, shingles, concrete, flashings, gutters, around chimneys, flues, soil pipes, drains, eaves, cornices, and roof perimeters. When reinforced with polyester, glass fabric, or coated felt, it provides a long-lasting repair. Apply by trowel to a thickness of 1/8" or greater to all surfaces to be treated.
