Do it Best® Oil-Based Stainblock Primer
A multipurpose interior and exterior spot primer that seals out stains including water, smoke, tannins, ink, pencil, grease, etc. It provides uniform appearance of either latex or oil topcoats when priming entire walls. Alkyd stain block is not designed for whole house exterior priming. Although, it provides excellent exterior stain blocking characteristics when used as a spot primer. It can be used to block stains from knotholes, tannins, etc. Dries quickly in 2 to 4 hours. Apply on: Cured plaster, wood, hardboard, PVC, and previously primed bare drywall.
