A tough, abrasion-resistant satin finish for properly prepared interior or exterior surfaces of untreated wood, metal or masonry. Concrete surfaces do not need priming, but bare wood should be coated with Prime and Seal before painting. Excellent for basement floors, breezeways, walkways, porches, etc. Also, excellent for areas that get hard wear such as laundry rooms, work shops, service areas, etc. Not recommended for garage floors or over floors that have been waxed. Dries dust-free in 1 to 2 hours to recoat, or overnight for foot traffic. Covers 350 to 400 sq. ft. per gallon. Can be applied with brush, roller, or spray. Apply at package consistency.
