This is a 100% acrylic flat sheen with the durability and washability of an enamel without gloss. Offers exceptional coverage and hides imperfections. It is resistance to spotting and staining. For use on properly prepared walls, ceilings, wood trim, wallboard, primed plaster, brick, or masonry surfaces. Great choice for foyers, hallways, children´s rooms, family rooms, and other high traffic areas where you need durable washability but prefer a flat rich color. Coverage is 400 sq. ft. per gallon, and can be applied with brush, roller, or spray. Dries to touch in 1 hour. Allow to dry 6 to 8 hours before recoating. Can be thinned slightly for spray application. Clean up with soap and water. Over 1000 custom mix colors available. 25 year warranty.
