QuikDry™ Asphalt Spray Primer
The ultimate in convenience for small jobs. Black light-bodied, asphalt based material designed for priming surfaces prior to the application of hot-mopped or cold-applied asphalt coatings, roof cements and asphalt-based roof and flooring adhesives. It´s highly penetrating qualities help assure a firm, tough bond. Can be used on metal edging, flashing, weathered composition roofing, concrete, and masonry surfaces (prior to use of solvent-based asphalt coatings or adhesives), Gypsum surfaces (prior to use of solvent-based asphalt coatings or adhesives), and roof surfaces prior to application of Ruftac or other SBS self-adhering membrane. Surface must be clean, dry, and free of moisture as well as grease and oil. 17 oz. spray can size complies with Air Quality Management District regulations. Meets requirements of ASTM D-41, and Federal Specification SS-A-701B. Coverage: 33 sq. ft. per can. |
